How much does cPanel license costs?
Our hosting plans such as cPanel and Dedicated hosting already includes 1 and 5 cPanel accounts by default. If you wish to purchase more cPanel License, here are some options for you.
Admin License: 5 cPanel Accounts –> $20 per month.
Pro License: 30 cPanel Accounts –> $30 per month.
Premier License: 100 cPanel Accounts –> $45 per month + $0.20 per additional cPanel account.
Which hosting plan should I choose?
Depending on your needs we have multiple hosting plans available.
FTP Hosting: Best for Static Websites.
cPanel Hosting: Best for Multiple Websites.
Dedicated Hosting: Best for Heavy Website Platforms.
WordPress Hosting: Best for WordPress Websites.
What payment methods do you accept?
With PayPal, you can use one of the following payment methods:
Your bank account.
Your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card.
If you have a PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account, you can also use your balance.
How do I set up my hosting?
You don’t need to set up anything. Once you complete the purchase, we’ll start the setup process within a few hours. Once the setup is complete, hosting access credentials will be sent to you via email. You can then use that information to get access to your hosting, change information, or do almost anything.
How do I upgrade or cancel my hosting?
You can upgrade or cancel your hosting plan from the dashboard. You can also submit a support request from our support page and our support team will do everything for you.
How do I change my critical password?
We’ll provide you with all the necessary information to access your hosting or email accounts. We’ll also guide you through how to change your critical passwords so that only you have access to your content and information.
How do I renew my hosting?
You can renew your hosting plan from the dashboard. You can also submit a support request from our support page and our support team will do everything for you.
What is your refund policy?

Standard Refund Terms
Annual Plans: Within 30 days of the day of the purchase.
Monthly Plans: Within 48 hrs of the day of the purchase.
* Monthly Plans consist of all strategies with less than a 1-year term (e.g., 6 mos., 9 mos., and so on). Once a cleanup request has been submitted,
* Security products with remediation service can not be reimbursed.
Where can I find the payment receipt?
After your payment is processed, a receipt will be generated immediately. To access the previous payment receipt, go to Billings under Account. You’ll find all available payment receipts and pending payments on the Billings page.
How can I purchase a cPanel license?
You won’t need to purchase a cPanel license as we already include the license with your hosting plans. In case you need more cPanel account with your Dedicated hosting plan, we’ll create custom hosting plans for you and make sure you don have to go the extra mile.
How soon can I get a response from support?
We are dealing with a lot of support issues daily. Even so, we’ll try our best to make your request our priority and get back to you with a response in the soonest possible time.
