Refund Policy

Products bought from To Ultra might be reimbursed only if cancelled within the refund period defined below in this plan. Some items have different plans or needs for a refund associated with them, including some items that are not eligible for a refund under any condition. Please see listed below for refund terms suitable to such products.

"Date of the transaction", for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the day of acquisition of any type of product or service, that includes the date any kind of revival is refined by To Ultra in accordance with the terms of the applicable product or service arrangement (see below).
"Refund Period", you may terminate an item any time, yet a refund will only be issued if you ask for a refund with To Ultra's customer care within the refund amount of time specified for the relevant item, if readily available at all.
"No Refund After Account Closure", If qualified for a refund, it is needed for you to request a refund before account closure. You might elect to close your account with us at any time, however upon account closure you will no longer be eligible for a refund as or else allowed under this Refund Policy.

Standard Refund Terms

Annual Plans: Within 30 days of the day of the purchase.
Monthly Plans: Within 48 hrs of the day of the purchase.

* Monthly Plans consist of all strategies with less than a 1-year term (e.g., 6 mos., 9 mos., and so on). Once a cleanup request has been submitted,
* Security products with remediation service can not be reimbursed.
