1. Who we are
ToUltra ("we," "our," "us") operates toultra.com and the 21-Day Presence Protocol. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit, purchase, use the course, or chat with the AI coach.
2. What data we collect
- Purchase data: name, email, payment confirmation from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Access & progress: your unlock code (hashed/associated in our database), and course progress you sync from the browser (completed days, journal notes, preferences).
- Coach data: messages you send to the AI coach, coach replies, optional email, and rolling profile summaries used for memory continuity. Messages are also processed by DeepSeek's API.
- Cookies: access/remember cookies so we can keep you signed into the course and coach; Google Analytics cookies for site usage.
3. How we use your data
- Deliver the course and AI coach you purchased or preview
- Process payments and send purchase confirmations
- Remember progress and coach context across sessions
- Improve the product using aggregated, de-identified patterns
- Send transactional email (access code, support replies). Marketing email only with consent.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
4. Third-party services
- Stripe — payments (privacy)
- DeepSeek — AI coach processing (DeepSeek)
- Google Analytics — analytics (privacy)
- Hostinger — hosting / email delivery
5. Retention
Purchase records are kept for accounting and legal purposes. Coach conversations and profiles are retained while your account is active so the coach can remember context. You can request deletion (see below). Browser-only data you never sync can be cleared by clearing site data.
6. Your rights
- Request a copy, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold
- Use the coach “delete my data” control where available, or email us
- Withdraw marketing consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
