By accessing toultra.com or using the 21-Day Presence Protocol ("the Course"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the Course.
2. The product
The 21-Day Presence Protocol is a digital self-improvement course delivered through toultra.com. It consists of 21 daily exercises, an AI coach assistant, progress tracking, and supporting materials. All content is delivered digitally — no physical products are shipped.
The Course is designed for educational and self-improvement purposes only. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing severe anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, consult a licensed professional.
3. Access
The 21-Day Presence Protocol is free. All 21 days are open to anyone who visits the course. No payment or unlock code is required.
We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect abuse — including scraping, redistributing course content, or using automated tools to overload the site.
4. Pricing
The Course is offered at no charge. We do not process payments for the Course.
5. Intellectual property
All content in the Course — including text, exercises, design, methodology, branding, and the AI coach system prompt — is the intellectual property of ToUltra. Using the Course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Course content
- Create derivative works based on the Course
- Use Course content to build a competing product
- Publicly perform or display Course materials
6. User conduct
When using the AI coach or any interactive features, you agree not to:
- Submit illegal, abusive, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI coach
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the site
- Misrepresent your identity
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results — individual outcomes depend on your effort, consistency, and personal circumstances. Self-improvement is a practice, not a promise.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToUltra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Course or website. Because the Course is free, our total liability for any claim related to the Course is limited to zero, except where the law requires otherwise.
9. Refunds

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Course if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Course ceases immediately. Provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ToUltra operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
